After the initial overview is completed along with a review of the basics, the book then focuses heavily on the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (The MPEP). It's topics are discussed in the Applications, Procedures and Everything Else chapters of the book. Finally, this book reviews supplemental materials and the America Invents Act which are also included on the Patent Bar Exam.
